Revisiting Talara

You may remember this post last month wherein I expounded on the virtues of a Nuevo Latino restaurant called Talara, in Harbor East. That time the food was free, so there was a possibility that it tasted extra-yummy for that reason.

I'm happy to report that Talara is still yummy even when I fork out my own cash. I was there recently - twice - and both times was very happy with my food. I think the Fire & Ice seviche was even better the second time around! I also tried the albondigas, the tempura clams, and the tropical shrimp seviche off the happy hour menu, plus the croquetas and pork empanada, and enjoyed every mouthful.

It may be dangerous that I can hop the Charm City Circulator and hit Talara for lunch....

The Fire and Ice ceviche was one of the best things I've ever eaten! YUMMMMM I'm just thinking about it now.

I wouldn't ever be able to come along with you for lunch, we're pretty set with times here, which is a shame because that would be a NICE lunch break :)

It really was delicious.

I loved the Fire and Ice.
But I think my fave was the scallops with polenta.
