Brussels Sprouts

For a whopping $3.99, Mr. Minx and I scored a ton of Brussels sprouts, still on the stalk. We routinely pay that much for about 10 aging sprouts in a plastic cup.

So what to do with 50 or 60 of the little buggers? Any favorite Brussels sprout recipes you'd like to share?

  3. I bought one of those once from the farmers market - then couldn't fit it in the fridge! My favourite recipe is from Giada

    Of course pancetta on anything just makes it great. The only thing I change is that cut the brussels in half first thing - This will mean less cooking time and they get nice and golden on the cut half when you saute. Enjoy!
