Is still ok to call chicken Parmesan "parmesan" if it's made with Swiss cheese? After all, it's usually topped with mozzarella....

That's hilarious. It never even occured to me that the main cheese isn't in the name. So I think the answer is "yes." Chalk up another culinary clarification for the Minx.
