Check out what McDonalds offers in their non-US locations. Some of it looks like real food. I'd eat this:

I remember really loving the McD iced tea in Japan. Well-brewed and tasty; it was very unexpected. Plus they offer liquid-sugar that dissolves instantly, if you are in the mood for sweet-tea.
